Do you come to my home?

Yes. We make house calls right across the Sutherland Shire, St George, Bayside, Canterbury-Bankstown and the Inner West, including Hurstville, Kogarah, Rockdale, Cronulla, Caringbah, Miranda, Kingsgrove, Bankstown, Mascot and Marrickville. We can also help remotely for many issues, so you don’t have to wait for an appointment.

How much does it cost?

We tell you the price before we start any work. Simple fixes are quick and affordable, and for anything larger we’ll give you a quote first.

Can you help me remotely?

Often, yes. With your permission we connect securely to your computer and fix many problems on the spot, with no visit needed.

Can you recover my photos and files?

In most cases we can recover personal files and photos from a failing or damaged device, and set up a backup so it doesn’t happen again.

Do you set up new devices?

Yes. New PCs, laptops and printers set up properly, with all your data and settings transferred across.
